spirulina – superfoods

spirulina (a blue-green algae)  have alot health benefits and contain Proteins, Vitamins (B1,B2,B3,B6,B9,E,D,C),  Minerals such Potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium and zinc, Essential fatty acids like DHA and Photosynthetic pigments: chlorophyll, beta-carotene. it also contains all essential amino acids, compared to the proteins of meat, milk or eggs and vegetarians can use this supplement for adding additional quality protein to their diet.
